Deliveries in the greater metropolitan area
We deliver every week on Fridays.
*Orders received before 6:00 PM on Tuesday nights will be delivered on Fridays of the same week.
Due to the ever-changing COVID-19 crisis, shipping costs and delays may be subject to unforeseen changes beyond our control.
- Hours of operation are Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), excluding statutory holidays.
- Standard delivery is provided by Canada Post.
- Express delivery options are available with Canada Post
- Eco-friendly / carbon-neutral 24-hour delivery options are available for the Montreal Metropolitan Area with CourantPlus.
- The estimated fulfillment and shipping dates for your order will be communicated to you at the time of payment and on your invoice and purchase confirmation sent by email.
- Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via their preferred method of communication identified during the ordering process.
- Any duties, import or export taxes or any other charges not explicitly detailed on the invoice are not calculated into the shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
